How long your order takes
We print every order fresh. Production starts as soon as you order, then the carrier takes over. Totals below count business days from order to delivery, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Including production. These shipments may not have a tracking number.
There is no rush production. Express shortens the time in transit, not the production time. We don’t show a delivery date at checkout, so use the totals above to plan ahead.
Returns
If something goes wrong
Damaged or defective
Email help@parabo.press with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right. As a small business we’re unable to offer refunds or accept returns, so please review your project before you order. It prints exactly as submitted.
Delayed or missing
Our estimated shipping times are not guaranteed, and Parabo Press is not responsible for transit delays caused by the carrier. Tell us if a package is lost or very late and we’ll help locate or replace it. If it shows delivered but isn’t there, check around for 3 business days, then report it within 5 business days.
Wrong address and customs
We do not offer refunds on orders sent to a wrong address you entered, but we can resend them to the updated address for an extra shipping fee. International customers pay any import fees or customs duties.

We print and ship from our facilities in Oregon, Pennsylvania and Utah. Items in one order may ship separately from different locations.
We ship with USPS, FedEx and DHL. The carrier depends on your product and shipping method. Standard ships USPS Ground Advantage or DHL, Express ships USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2Day. Engineer, news and art prints and rails ship FedEx 2Day on both methods. International orders ship FedEx International Priority or International Connect Plus.
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also find it under Orders in your account. If items ship separately from different print locations, each package gets its own tracking number and email.
Yes for most products, through USPS. Engineer, news and art prints and rails ship FedEx, which cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Please use a street address for these.
Large prints are rolled in postal tubes or triangle packs. Smaller prints ship in rigid flat mailers. Rails ship in sized boxes, together with the print when ordered together. Framed prints and canvas ship boxed. Photo books ship in boxes or rigid mailers.
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a gift note to include a personal message.
Orders go to our print lab within about an hour. Contact us right away at help@parabo.press and we can usually cancel it or change the address within that hour. Once printing starts, the order cannot be changed.
No. Gift cards are digital, so the production times and shipping deadlines on this page do not apply.

Yes, at domestic US rates. Allow 2-5 extra business days for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and 2-4 weeks for APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Military addresses ship with USPS.
